At Allergy Passport, our mission is simple: to help people travel with confidence and enjoy food safely, wherever they are in the world.

The idea for Allergy Passport came from our own travels. My partner has coeliac disease and a severe nut allergy, and while we love exploring new countries and experiencing local food, explaining dietary requirements in another language was often the most stressful part of every trip.

We frequently found ourselves relying on translation apps or pre-written notes, only for restaurant staff to take her phone into the kitchen so chefs could read the information. While this worked, it wasn't always quick, practical or reassuring.

We knew there had to be a better way.

That's why we created Allergy Passport—a digital travel pass designed specifically for people living with allergies, coeliac disease and dietary restrictions. Available in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, each passport provides professionally translated allergy information that can be shown instantly when ordering food.

Every passport also includes a QR code linking to additional kitchen guidance, giving restaurant staff more detailed information about ingredients, cross-contamination and safe food preparation.
